Help
Ulgama is used by invitation. The person at your organization who gave you access, your administrator, can put most things right, so ask them first.
Signing in
- Forgotten password. Use the link under the sign-in form; a link to choose a new one is mailed to you. It works once and for a short time.
- Lost authenticator app. Sign in with one of your recovery codes; each works once. With none left, ask your administrator.
- Lost passkey. If your role must sign in with a passkey, a code is not accepted in its place. Ask your administrator, or write to us.
- The iPhone app. Set up your sign-in on the web first. The app then asks for your password and your second step, and for a PIN of its own.
A lost or stolen phone
Sign in on the web, open Devices in the menu and sign the phone out, or ask your administrator to do it. The app wipes what it holds the next time it reaches the server, and in any case after seven days without being unlocked.
Your details and your access
To have your details corrected or your access ended, ask your organization's administrator. How your data is handled is on the Privacy page.
